Solar Flare

Solar Flare

Sun spot unleashes its magnetic energy with massive explosion in the solar system known as SOLAR FLARE. A single flare releases billion megatons of energy which is the combined power of million volcanic eruptions on earth. They are bright and their temperature can rise up to 10 million degrees and last for hours.

Sun Quake

Solar flares don't just explode out into space. They also funnel high energy particle down to a layer of the sun named chromospheres. There they transfer their energy into the plasma and cause SUN QUAKE.

In 1998 there was a solar flare that was so powerful that the material flying down to the surface of the sun caused ripples to spread out which were two miles high and travelling 250,000 miles per hour.
