When planet orbits around the star, it makes the star wobble around its axis

When planet orbits around the star, it makes the star wobble around its axis.

There are numerous stars in the universe. Some of them are like our sun. So is it possible to have life outside earth? Is there any planet like earth orbiting that star? In order to find the answer we have to find the planet that orbit our sun like star.

->Finding method:
When any planet orbits a star the star wobble because of the gravity of the planet. The bigger the planet the more it wobbles.

->Orbiting speed:
Scientist can measure the speed of planet orbit by measuring the frequency of the stars moving back and forth. The faster the planet orbit, the more it wobbles.

->Limitation:
This method has one major limitation. It can only detect large gas giant planet which usually can't sustain life. It can't detect smaller earth like planet. As the mass of smaller planet is smaller it has low influence so the star so it is difficult to detect. There is new space mission named Mission Kepler which goal is to find the small earth like planet in our universe.
